  • The Griff offers a variety of floor plans, including one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom off-campus apartments near OSU. Each fully furnished apartment features modern amenities and comfortable living spaces. As well as a modern, fully equipped kitchen with black appliances, a built-in dishwasher, a washer & dryer set, a walk-in closet, and High-speed internet access.

  • Our residents enjoy a range of community amenities, including:

  • A security deposit is a form of qualification for an application. You may not always need to pay one—you can self-qualify, use a guarantor, or utilize the Guarantor Waiver Program to avoid paying a deposit.

  • The Griff is pet-friendly! We welcome dogs and cats (with certain weight and breed restrictions).

    Pet fee: $350

    Monthly pet rent: $35

  • The Griff is in Columbus, OH, at 1234 Steelwood Rd, Columbus, OH 43212. Our community offers easy access to local shopping, dining, entertainment, and public transportation.
